30-Day Free Return Window
You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is always free — we include a prepaid return label in every package.
How Free Returns Work
- Find your return label — it’s already in your package (printed receipt with QR code, or included slip)
- Or contact us at our support page if you misplaced the label — we’ll email a new one within 24 hours
- Pack the item in original or similar packaging
- Drop off at any local post office or carrier dropbox (no postage cost to you)
- Track refund — once received, refunds process in 5-7 business days
What’s Included in Free Returns
- ✅ Size exchanges — change to right size, free
- ✅ Color exchanges — prefer different variant, free
- ✅ Change of mind — didn’t love it, free
- ✅ Defective items — wrong/damaged, free
- ✅ Gift returns — recipient didn’t like it, free
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds to original payment method: 5-7 business days
- Store credit (if requested): Issued immediately upon receipt
- Bank processing time: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your bank
Conditions for Return
Items must be returned in:
- Original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Original packaging when possible
- Within 30 days of delivery date
Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Custom or personalized items (made-to-order)
- Items damaged by misuse or wear and tear
- Sale items marked “Final Sale” (clearly labeled at purchase)
- Hygiene-related items (underwear, certain accessories) for safety reasons
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- Initiate a return using the included prepaid label
- Place a new order for the desired item (we ship immediately)
- Receive refund for original item once returned
This approach ensures you get your replacement faster — and the return shipping is still free.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund
- Free prepaid return label (included in original package)
- No need to ship back until we confirm
EU Customer Rights
EU customers have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive:
- 14-day cooling-off period (in addition to our 30-day policy)
- Right to withdraw without giving any reason
- Refund within 14 days of withdrawal notice
- Free return shipping always applies
