Dripaku offers free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. We ship to 200+ countries.

Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia: Usually no additional fees (covered)
  • Other countries: Customs/import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Dripaku declares accurate item values for customs.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  2. Allow 3-5 extra business days for international delays
  3. Contact us if delayed beyond 25 business days
  4. If lost in transit, we will reship or refund at no cost

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Dripaku is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will contact you to either:

  • Reship to corrected address (additional fee may apply)
  • Refund minus original shipping costs

Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be split into multiple packages from different warehouses for faster delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
